What is KnowItNow?

Need to know the state bird of Wisconsin? Looking for help researching a company? Are you stuck on the last math problem for your assignment? Wondering what book to read next? KnowItNow (along with HomeworkNow and ReadThisNow) give you access to Ohio librarians no matter what time of day it is! 

How It Works

1. KnowItNow is available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week.
2. Simply click on one of the icons below and enter your zip code.
3. You will be asked to choose your library, enter your name, and submit your question.
4. Once you connect, a librarian who will provide you with a quick and friendly response.
5. You will often get a recommended web site displayed on your screen and you can decide together if this is the best source of information for you.

Note: If you have questions about your Westerville Library account, such as how to renew a book, pay a fine or place a reserve, be sure to contact us directly. Since KnowItNow is staffed by librarians throughout the state, they will not be able to answer questions about your specific library or your library account.
